As the first attorney in her family, Gabriela has built her career on perseverance, service, and a genuine commitment to helping others achieve security, opportunity, and peace of mind through the immigration process.
With more than 10 years of experience in immigration law, Gabriela has dedicated her career to helping individuals, families, entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. Gabriela immigrated to the United States in 2016. She earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from the University of Miami, is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Gabriela represents clients in a wide variety of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, asylum, removal defense, waivers, naturalization, adjustment of status, and complex immigration litigation. She also advises businesses, professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors on employment- and investment-based immigration, including L-1 Intracompany Transferee Visas, E-2 Treaty Investor Visas, PERM Labor Certification, National Interest Waivers (NIW), EB-2 and EB-3 petitions, H-1B specialty occupation visas, and other employment-based immigration strategies designed to help individuals and companies achieve their long-term goals in the United States.
